HOW DO I SET UP / CANCEL A CONTRACT FOR MY CHILD’S MEALS?

How do I set up a contract?

Click on ORDER MEALS in the menu above and you’ll be taken to our service page where you can register your child. Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation message. After that, your child will be entered in our system. A letter confirming that your registration has been activated will be with you within two or three days of registering. It will contain your username and password.

 

How do I cancel my contract?

Cancellations are only effective at the end of the month and we must receive written notification four weeks in advance. Letters of cancellation should be sent to:

Alternatively, you cane-mail your cancellation to kontakt@greens-unlimited.de. 

 

Your cancellation is only valid once you have received confirmation from us via post or e-mail. Cancellations submitted via our contact form are not legally valid.
 
Any credit remaining on your GREENscard will be refunded.

 

What happens if I forget my login details?

If you have forgotten your username and password, simply answer the security question correctly and the system will allow you to access your account again. If this does not work, please contact us at kontakt@greens-unlimited.de. Make sure you include your child’s full name (first and last name) and tell us which school he or she attends. We will then send you a reminder of your username and a new password.

 

 

HOW DO I ORDER / CHOOSE MEALS WITH MY CHILD?

Choosing meals

Click on ORDER MEALS in the menu above and you’ll be taken to our service page.

ACCESS YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT BY ENTERING YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

Next, click on Speiseplan/Menueauswahl (menu/select meals). For each day your child will use our service, put a tick next to the meal he or she would like. When you have made your selections, confirm your order for the week by clicking on the button in the top right of the screen. Please also make sure you place your order by the deadline that applies to your child’s school.

 

Cancelling meals

Click on ORDER MEALS in the menu above and you’ll be taken to our service page.

ACCESS YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT BY ENTERING YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

Next, click on Speiseplan/Menueauswahl (menu/select meals) and remove the ticks next to the meals you wish to cancel. When you have finished, you must confirm by clicking the button in the top right of the screen. Please also make sure that you cancel meals by the relevant deadline.

IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL A MEAL FOR THE SAME DAY, YOU MUST DO SO BY 8:30 A.M. AT THE LATEST.

 

 

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CHILD’S MEALS?

By direct debit

When you set up a contract with us, you authorise us to debit the cost of your child’s meals from your account.
We will debit your account on the fifth of the month for the meals you have ordered for that month. If you cancel meals during the month, the money will be refunded the following month.

 

By topping up your chipcard / credit

To top up credit in your account or on your chipcard, please transfer a minimum of €20 to the following account: GREENs Unlimited Berlin GmbH, Berliner Bank, bank code: 100 708 48, account no.: 52 37 60 701.
Please include your external ID (digits only, no names) as the reference. It will take about three to four days to process your transfer. Processing will take longer if you enter the wrong ID.

 

 

HOW DO I GET A CHIPCARD FOR THE ELECTRONIC TERMINAL?

Using the chipcard

In schools with electronic terminals, children must have a chipcard to be able to retrieve their meals. A chipcard will be sent to you automatically when you register your child.

 

 Requesting a replacement card

To request a replacement card, please e-mail us at kontakt@greens-unlimited.de. Make sure you include your child’s full name (first and last name) and tell us the name of his or her school. Each replacement card costs € 5, which will be debited from your account on the fifth of the following month. The replacement card will be sent to your child’s school and will be available from the canteen staff at the school within three to four days.

Please note that we cannot accept proof of eligibility for discount meals in retrospect. The Berlinpass is valid for up to six months. Once your Berlinpass has expired, you must send us proof of your next valid pass.
